All communication.
One connected workspace.

Telephony, video conferencing, chat, and collaboration in one integrated environment: secure, scalable, and tailored to your people and IT systems.

Our role

We start by looking at how your people work and which systems are already in place. Based on that, we advise on Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, telephony architecture and connectivity, and draw up a migration plan that keeps you reachable. We then guide implementation and management, with one dedicated point of contact.

One environment for calling, meeting and collaborating.

Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone

Zoom Workplace & Zoom Phone

Telephony, video meetings and collaboration in Zoom, also with your own carrier.

Freedom of choice & flexibility

Platforms and existing telephony combined, also when migrating from Mitel or Avaya.

Smarter communication

Click-to-call, CRM integrations and AI summaries, less switching between apps.

Seamless collaboration

Calling, chatting and meeting from one environment, wherever you work.

Management, insight & continuity

Central management of users and numbers, with monitoring and failover.

Frequently asked questions about Unified Communications

Unified Communications brings calling, video meetings, chat and collaboration together in one environment, usually Microsoft Teams or Zoom Workplace. Employees can be reached on one number via laptop, mobile and desk phones, at the office or at home. No separate phone system next to your collaboration platform.

That depends on what you already use and how you work. If your teams live in Microsoft 365, Teams Phone is often the logical choice. Zoom Phone is strong if you already use Zoom or want a simple, standalone telephony platform. We compare both on features, cost and migration, and advise independently.

They are three ways to connect Teams to the phone network. With Calling Plans, Microsoft provides the numbers and minutes. With Operator Connect, a certified provider does this, connected directly to Teams. Direct Routing runs via your own or a hosted SBC and offers the most flexibility, for example for existing SIP trunks or international locations.

In most cases, yes. Numbers are ported to the new provider or platform. We plan this so you stay reachable and numbers can move per location or group.

Usually step by step. The old system and the new platform run side by side for a while, so departments or locations move one at a time. Where possible, we reuse existing SIP trunks, devices and integrations. This limits risk and cost.

Costs consist of per-user licences, numbers and call minutes, and possibly devices or headsets. What is most cost-effective differs per organisation. We put the options side by side, including your current costs, so you can decide based on facts.

We advise, design the solution and manage the project, from analysis to delivery. We also guide you through implementation and ongoing management. You have one point of contact.
