Where do you start when renewing your business communications?
With a clear picture of the current situation: which systems, contracts and costs do you have, how do your people work and where do they run into problems? Based on that, we define the goals and the order together. This prevents choosing technology before the question is clear.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. A step-by-step approach is often wiser, for example first moving telephony to Teams or Zoom and then the contact center or CRM integrations. We create a plan in which the parts fit together, even when they are introduced at different times.
Can existing systems and contracts stay?
