Frequently asked questions about meeting rooms
Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms: which should we choose?
Choose the platform your organisation meets on. If you work with Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms is the logical choice; if you use Zoom, Zoom Rooms. Both work with certified equipment from well-known brands.
Can you join a Zoom meeting from a Teams room?
In many cases, yes. Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms can join meetings on the other platform, although features are more limited. If you often meet with external parties, we take this into account in the design.
What do you need for a good meeting room?
A camera that captures everyone well, microphones and speakers that suit the room, one or two displays and simple controls, such as a touch panel. Plus a stable network. The right combination depends on the size and use of the room.
How do you prevent poor audio?
Audio often matters more than video. Hard walls, glass and large rooms cause echo. With the right microphones, placement and acoustic measures where needed, everyone stays easy to understand, including remote participants.
Who manages the equipment after installation?
Devices are managed centrally via the platform: updates, monitoring and usage insights. We also guide you through installation, configuration and ongoing management.
