The Quickscan gives you an overview and the main bottlenecks in about a week. The Deep dive goes further, with interviews and a full analysis, and delivers a target architecture, business case and roadmap.
How long does it take?

Someone from IT and someone who knows the work, for example from customer service or operations. We also talk to team leads and key users.
What happens after the advice?
