Contact Center & AI

Contact center agents with headsets at work

From traditional customer contact to an intelligent, connected customer experience.

Telephony, digital channels, employees and AI in one environment: cloud (CCaaS) or, where supported, hybrid.

Our role

We first map out how customers reach you today and where things get stuck. We then advise on CCaaS, Conversational AI and Agentic AI, design the architecture and integrations, and manage the project. We also guide you through implementation and management, with one dedicated point of contact.

Our AI solutions

Cloud Avenue connects Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation with telephony, contact centers, and business applications for smarter, faster, and more personalized customer interactions. We provide clear insight upfront into what is standard and what requires additional licenses, integrations, or customization.

Conversational AI & Voice Agents

Intelligent voice agents conduct natural conversations, answer customer questions, and offer self-service, including outside office hours. Where necessary, an employee takes over.

AI Receptionist & Intelligent Routing

AI recognizes the customer query and connects calls to the right employee, queue, or self-service, based on available context and routing rules.

AI Contact Center & Agent Assist

AI supports employees with real-time knowledge, call registration, automatic summaries, and contextual suggestions during customer interactions.

AI Chatbots & Omnichannel Automation

Intelligent chatbots support customer queries via web chat, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, with consistent information and smooth transfer.

Agentic AI & Process Automation

AI agents perform authorized actions via linked CRM, ERP, or ITSM systems, such as scheduling appointments and processing service requests.

AI Analytics & Quality Management

AI analysis of calls and customer interactions helps identify trends, improve service quality, and discover automation opportunities.

Frequently asked questions about contact center and AI

With Contact Center as a Service, your contact center runs in the cloud instead of on your own servers. Calls, chat, email and WhatsApp come together in one environment, with routing, queues and reporting. You pay per user, scale up or down easily and work from any location. Where the platform supports it, a hybrid setup is also possible.

Yes. Many contact center platforms work with Teams or Zoom, so agents and experts outside the contact center can be reached in their familiar environment. How deep that integration goes differs per platform. We find out what works in your situation.

That depends on the number of agents, your channels, the systems you want to connect and your AI ambitions. We map your requirements and compare suitable platforms, such as Genesys, Microsoft and Zoom, on features, integration and cost.

A voice agent answers frequently asked questions, collects information and can take actions, such as booking an appointment or checking a status, also outside office hours. For complex or sensitive questions, an agent takes over, ideally with the context of the conversation. Together we decide which questions are suitable for automation.

It can be, if you set it up properly. Think about where data is stored and processed, who has access, how long recordings and transcripts are kept and where a human stays in control. We include privacy and security in the design from the start.

It ranges from a few weeks for a compact team to several months for a large contact center with many integrations. Teams or channels often move in phases, so customers don’t notice a thing.

We advise, design the architecture and coordinate the project, including AI and integrations with CRM, ERP or ITSM. We also guide you through implementation and ongoing management. You have one point of contact.
